VERY UNSATISFIED!!! 1) even though the title of the order is different, but on chat we have reached an agreement on 76mm diameter pipes, but they sent only 75mm; also reacting to it normally, as nothing wrong, literally saying "1mm. it belongs to normal error", well why didn't they told me before? 2) also we have reached an agreement on 77 pieces of pipes, but received only 74, where's 3 pieces? well, they can say that they couldn't fit it into 2 piles, if so why didn't they tell me before i made payment? 3) as i said, we have ordered 77 pieces of pipes, because we have reached an agreement on 1 tonne of steel pipes, but received only 930 kilogrammes. Summarizing: you can reach an agreement on chat about almost anything, but on reality they will do whatever they want to do.
